The WWD CEO Summit & Honors Awards brings together the industry’s most influential leaders—designers, executives, and innovators shaping the future of luxury and consumer culture. Across mainstage conversations, intimate working sessions, and high-touch brand experiences, the summit serves as a forum for strategy, creativity, and dealmaking at the highest level.
Role
As Head of Brand, Marketing, and Event Experience for three global WWD summits, I redefined the executive conference model through immersive brand storytelling and integrated campaign strategy. Leading marketing and experiential initiatives across digital, editorial, and partnership channels, I elevated sponsor engagement, expanded audience reach, and transformed traditional ballroom formats into high-touch, editorial environments that deepened partnerships, generated new revenue, and strengthened WWD’s position within the global luxury landscape.

The Environment.
To elevate a legacy format and multi-year venue contract, I reimagined The Pierre Hotel into a dynamic stage for modern luxury storytelling. By blending cinematic graphics, custom sound design, and curated hospitality, the experience balanced editorial polish with intimacy. Distinct environments — WWD Studio, WWD Kitchen, and WWD Living Room — transformed sponsor activations into living brand narratives, inviting guests into interactive demonstrations, live interviews, and broadcast moments that redefined the summit experience.
The Dinner.
The inaugural John B. Fairchild Honors Dinner, created in tribute to WWD’s visionary chairman and editorial director, celebrated legacy and innovation across global fashion. Honorees included Karl Lagerfeld, Fendi, Chanel, Chloé, Ralph Lauren, The RealReal, Patagonia, Gucci, and others shaping the future of the industry.
Held at The Pierre Hotel, the evening was conceived as a sensory and cinematic experience—fragrance infused through a twenty-foot rose wall, mirrored tables dressed in white orchids, and a red carpet designed to echo WWD’s editorial authority and influence. The result was a modern expression of legacy: a gathering that honored excellence while redefining how luxury is experienced.
